What data we collect
Analytics data (pages visited, session duration, browser/device type) via Google Analytics 4, which uses first-party cookies and anonymises IP addresses. If you submit the lead-magnet form, we collect your email address to send the requested resource.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Analytics are processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give via the cookie banner. Email collection is based on your explicit request (contract performance, Art. 6(1)(b)). You may withdraw consent at any time.
Cookies
We use a single analytics cookie set by Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*, _gid). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used. You can decline cookies via the banner shown on your first visit, or delete them at any time in your browser settings.
Data transfers
Google Analytics 4 data is processed by Google LLC under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Your email (if provided) is stored by the email marketing provider in use, also covered by standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Analytics data is retained for 14 months (default GA4 setting). Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (in Spain: AEPD — aepd.es).

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or our practices. The date at the bottom shows when it was last revised.
