FAQ

Remote, contractor-friendly, worldwide.

Straight answers for hiring managers and recruiters — especially on postings that ask for an on-site or local candidate.

The listing asks for someone local. Does that rule you out?

Not for scoped work. I regularly take on contractor and consulting engagements for teams that posted a local or on-site role but are open to a remote specialist for the actual deliverable. If the work can ship over a call and a shared repo or CRM, location isn't the blocker the listing suggests.

Can you work as a contractor instead of a full-time hire?

Yes — that's the default. Fixed-scope projects, month-to-month fractional work, or a time-boxed engagement like the Pipeline Sprint. The exact structure (direct contract, staffing agency, EOR) depends on what your finance team already has in place.

Do you need visa sponsorship or relocation support?

No. I work remotely from Spain, with EU work authorisation, and I'm not looking to relocate. No sponsorship, no visa process on your end.

What time zones do you cover?

Based across Spain and Brazil time, with regular overlap into US and European business hours. Happy to lock in a recurring overlap window for calls and check-ins.

Direct contract or through a staffing agency?

Either. If your company routes contractors through an agency or EOR, I'm glad to go through that channel — it doesn't change how I work.

What languages and markets do you work in?

English, Spanish and Portuguese, day to day. Most of my track record is in robotics, industrial and B2B tech, across European, US and LatAm markets.

What's the advantage of hiring you as a contractor instead of an employee?

No payroll taxes, no benefits obligations, no long-term commitment on your side: no employer-side payroll tax, unemployment insurance, health insurance or 401(k)/retirement contributions, no PTO accrual, no severance. You pay for the work delivered, scoped and invoiced, and can scale the engagement up, down or off without the cost and process of an employment relationship.

Saw a role that fits, but the location doesn't match?
